No awkward vibes, just a relaxed conversation where we get to know you and your business.
We’ll chat about what you need, I’ll tell you a bit about myself. And yes…we’ll dive into some fun financial questions (trust me - it’s not as scary as it sounds lol)
Then I’ll give you a quote and let you know exactly what I need to get started. Think bank statements, a shared Google Drive, receipts etc. Every service is a little bit different, and we will find the best fit for you. Don’t worry - I walk you through every step of the way.

Pricing is based on many factors:
** number of monthly transactions
** complexity of your industry
** additional reporting requirements
** projects with urgent timelines
** add-on services like payroll
I promise fair rates and will always require your approval before we begin. Once we agree on a monthly rate this includes:
ALL phone calls, meetings, emails - you won’t ever see an extra invoice from Ignite the Books.
We tailor everything to your business - because your books shouldn’t look like anyone else’s.

We don’t do contracts here at Ignite the Books. We aim to do such a great job you never even think about going to the other guys!
What we do require is 2 months notice if you decide you no longer want to continue with monthly bookkeeping.
